Free to send a few.
Pro to send every day.
You pay for documents, projects, and the people you work with. Every document gets an AI summary LinkDrop writes for 1 credit per upload, and every link to it shows that summary free. Each real visit can get a brief: what held the reader, what they came back to, what they skipped. AI compare between versions runs on credits too.
Send a deck and see who opened it. Your agent can do the sending.

Share with context
Every link opens with a summary and the key points, so the reader knows what they are looking at before they commit the time. Password-protect it, allow or block downloads, and replace the file without changing the link.
Know who read it
Every open is recorded, on every plan: who they were, how long they spent on each page, and whether they came back. Visits are kept 2 years, and the time on each page 180 days. A brief after each real visit and a profile of each reader who introduces themselves are written for credits.
Built for agents
Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP client creates links and reads the numbers on every plan, through the LinkDrop MCP server. Connect five agents and it costs nothing: seats count humans, not the software working for them, and agents live under the same limits so nothing surprises you.
Pick a level, pay per run.
Pro includes 500 credits a month: about 250 basic compares, 100 standard, or 41 advanced. Higher levels run a deeper analysis and cost more per run. The summary of every upload is 1 credit, and the brief written after each real visit is 1 credit at Standard (the default; 3 at Advanced), so a busy month still leaves most of the allowance. Links, uploads, replacements and stats never need credits. When credits run out, uploads and links keep working; the AI runs pause until you add credits, and a visit brief email says so rather than going quiet.
Need more? Buy a credit pack from $7 on any plan. On monthly Pro you can also turn on automatic reloads: 100, 250 or 500 credits at $0.10 per credit, charged to your card when credits run low, under a monthly budget you set (up to $1,000). Reloaded credits pay for summaries, compares and runs you start; automatic briefs and reader profiles never use them. Pack and reload credits expire 12 months after purchase. Unused included credits do not roll over.
Readers decide when automatic briefs and reader profiles run, so both are capped per day: 100 briefs and 50 profiles per workspace (10 and 5 per link), spending at most 10% of the credits left each day (at least 6). Glances and your own opens get no brief.
| Per run | Basic | Standard | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
Summary and key points Written when a document is uploaded or replaced, so a share page can describe itself. One price; there is no quality level to choose. | 1 credit One price, no level | ||
AI compare What changed between two versions of a document, in plain language. Runs automatically when you replace a PDF, at Standard unless the workspace picks a level. Free workspaces created before October 22, 2026 start at Basic. | 2 credits | 5 credits | 12 credits |
Visit brief A short account of one recipient's visit, written a few minutes after they stop reading: what held them, what they skipped, and how it compares with their last visit. Runs automatically on every plan, a few minutes after each visit ends, at the level picked on the dashboard's Automations tab: Standard unless you choose Advanced. | – | 1 credit | 3 credits |
Reader profile Who a reader who introduced themselves is: their role, their company and how they fit what they read, from public sources, with their history with you. Once per reader, a few minutes after they introduce themselves, at the level picked on the dashboard's Automations tab: Standard unless you choose Advanced. | – | 3 credits | 6 credits |
LinkDrop writes every summary itself; your own agent cannot supply one. Summaries cost 0 credits for files recipients upload through a replace link. Out of credits? Uploads and links still work; the summary is skipped and you can write it later from the document page.

Questions
- What counts toward the Free limit?
- A document with sharing switched on. Turn sharing off, or archive the document, and the link stops resolving and no longer counts. Your document and its stats stay in your workspace, and you can bring it back while a slot is free. An archived document is kept for a year, then moves to Recently deleted for 30 days.
- What happens when I hit the Free limit?
- Existing links keep working. To share a new document, archive an old one or turn its sharing off to free the slot, or upgrade the workspace to Pro. Archived documents keep their stats for a year, and you can bring one back while a slot is free.
- Can I create more than one link for a document?
- Yes. Give a document a link per audience: one per investor, one per counterparty. Each link carries its own label, password, download switch, expiry and stats, and you never upload the file again. Links are not a plan limit on any plan (up to 50 per document at a time). Free counts shared documents (10), not the links on them, so three investor links on one deck use one slot. Projects work the same way: a project can carry a link per audience on every plan.
- Is Pro per person or per workspace?
- Per workspace. Upgrade a workspace once and every link, project, and member in it is on Pro. The base price covers the owner plus up to 3 more people who can upload, share and replace (4 in all); more seats can't be bought yet, so contact us if you need them. Anyone else can be invited as a viewer: free, unlimited, and able to see every document and all the analytics, but not to change anything. Agents never take a seat.
- What is different about paying yearly?
- Yearly Pro is the same Pro, twelve months for the price of ten, and it still includes 500 AI credits every month rather than 500 for the whole year. One thing changes: how you top up. A monthly plan can switch on automatic reloads: when credits run low, 100, 250 or 500 credits are charged to the card at $0.10 each, under a monthly budget. A yearly plan has no automatic reloads, so it buys a credit pack instead, from $7 on the credits page, and a pack's credits stay good for 12 months.
- I already have more than 10 shared documents. What happens?
- Nothing changes right away. If your workspace leaves Pro while over a Free limit, you get a 14-day grace period with reminders; after that, new documents and projects wait until you archive some or upgrade. Existing links never stop working, and you can keep adding links to the documents you already have. Links are not a plan limit on any plan (up to 50 per document at a time).
- What do credits pay for?
- AI runs. Links, uploads, replacements and stats never need credits. The summary and key points written for every upload cost 1 credit at the basic level they run at automatically. LinkDrop always writes them; they cost 0 only for files recipients upload through a replace link. AI compare of two versions: 2 credits for basic, 5 for standard, 12 for advanced. Every Free workspace starts with 100 credits, one time; once they run out, buy a credit pack from $7, or upgrade to Pro for 500 credits a month. Pro includes 500 credits a month, which reset monthly and do not roll over; on monthly Pro, if you turn on automatic reloads, a batch of 100, 250 or 500 credits at $0.10 each is charged to your card whenever credits run low, each reload its own charge, under a monthly budget you set. Yearly Pro has no automatic reloads and buys a credit pack instead.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Uploads still complete and links keep working. The AI summary is skipped, and you can write it later from the document page for 1 credit. AI compare and other AI actions stop until you add credits. On Free, buy a credit pack from $7, or upgrade to Pro for 500 credits a month. On monthly Pro, turn on automatic reloads, raise their monthly budget, or wait for the next billing cycle; on yearly Pro, buy a credit pack. Reloaded credits never pay for automatic briefs or reader profiles; those use your monthly, pack and starter credits.
- What will I pay with extra credits?
- For example, a monthly Pro workspace that uses its 500 included credits and then one 500-credit automatic reload in a month pays $29 + $50 = $79 that month, for 1,000 credits. A reload is charged only when credits run low after a run someone in the workspace started, never above the monthly budget you set (up to $1,000), and with reloads off you pay the Pro price alone unless you buy a credit pack. Yearly Pro has no reloads; it tops up with credit packs.
- Are there any other limits?
- A few fair-use ceilings, the same on every plan: 200 new files (uploads and replacements) a workspace a day, 60 a person an hour, and 20 a minute or 300 a day from one agent key; 10 active agent keys a workspace; 20 files from recipients a link a day. Past one, the next file waits until that window ends (a minute, an hour or 24 hours, counted from the first file in it; for agent keys, until you revoke one); nothing you already have is touched.
- Can I replace a file on Free?
- Yes. Replacing keeps the same link, recipients always see the latest file, and it never uses credits. Version history is free on every plan; only AI compare uses credits. Rolling back to an earlier version and the version list recipients can browse are Pro.
- Which files can I share?
- PDF today, up to 50MB and 300 pages. Every link opens in our viewer with the AI summary attached, on any device, no app needed.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing portal, any time. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, and automatic reloads can still charge until then. After that, unused monthly credits expire, credits you bought stay, and the Free limits apply again. If you are over a document, project or teammate limit, you get 14 days to get back under it. Storage has no grace: over 1 GB you can still read, share what you have, archive and delete, but not upload or replace a file until you are back under it. A contact list over 1,000 keeps its contacts and stops adding new readers. Nothing you hold is deleted.
- How long is my data kept?
- Visits are kept 2 years, and the time on each page 180 days. An archived document is kept for a year, then moves to Recently deleted, where you can restore it for 30 days. A workspace that has never had a paid plan, a trial, a credit pack or a card on file, and that nobody signs in to for 2 years, is emptied after a warning email; any other workspace is never emptied.
